Echo911 Service Provider

The Coosada 911 Communications District contracts with Echo911, PSAP #8753 to provide comprehensive emergency communication services to the district. Echo911 provides the ECD with:

  • ✓ 911 and non-emergency call intake
  • ✓ Radio communications and unit coordination
  • ✓ Incident documentation using the District's CAD/RMS
  • ✓ Unit tracking and status management
  • ✓ Mutual aid and outside agency coordination
  • ✓ Interoperability support providing seamless interconnection between the Nationwide Mission Critical Push-to-Talk Unified Public Safety Network, the Town of Coosada VHF radio system, and the Alabama AIRS P25 LMR radio network
